Bex, 23, otherwise known as Rebecca Ferguson, was born in Houston, Texas. From a young age, she invisioned creating a name for herself through music. Her family, from Scotland, encouraged her to chase her dreams.

Growing up, she was drawn to the arts, but particularly interested in music. Although she started out acting on the theater stage, she began showcasing her voice locally. Some artists she grew up adoring are Fiona Apple, Lana Del Rey, Lorde, Clairo, Arctic Monkeys, and Fleetwood Mac. After many years of performing, she was inspired to start writing and producing her own music. While attending University of Houston, she has studied poetry that has furthered her natural songwriting ability, which has been demonstrated through multiple genres. Her passion for storytelling grips your attention and evokes emotion through creative avenues. Bex has collaboratively worked with producers Eddie Ferguson (Houston), and Drew Scott (Los Angeles).

By the age of 18, she released her debut single "Merry Go Round" on March 8, 2019. That same year, she released “Daydream,” Leave,” and “Did I Do Something Wrong?” She is continuing to come out with singles as she works on producing her own album that is coming soon.
